Seperat wurden die einzelnen Motivatoren unter Berücksichtigung von der 2-Faktoren Theorie und der Self-Determination Theory betrachet und inferenzstatistisch ausgewertet. Der demographische Wandel ist in Deutschland in aller Munde. Fachbuchautoren, Presse und andere Publizisten sind sich einig, dass sich in den kommenden Jahren auf dem Arbeitsmarkt so einiges verändern wird. Die Geburtenraten sinken und die Menschen werden immer älter. Dies hat zur Folge, dass in den kommenden Jahren Millionen Arbeitnehmer in Rente gehen und immer weniger Personen den Arbeitsmarkt betreten. Das bedeutet für die Unternehmen, dass vorhandenes Fachwissen die Unternehmen verlässt und bestehendes Personal weiterentwickelt und gebunden werden muss. Um aber auch zukünftig wettbewerbsfähig zu sein müssen die Unternehmen neue Arbeitnehmer akquirieren. Doch was ist daran neu? Neu daran ist nicht nur der publike Ausdruck des Fachkräftemangels, sondern auch die Meinung darüber wie die neue Arbeitnehmergeneration, welche entweder den Arbeitsmarkt gerade betreten hat oder in naher Zukunft noch betreten wird, zu motivieren sein soll. Genau dieser Thematik widmet sich diese vorliegende Bachelorarbeit. Ziel ist es die betrieblichen motivationalen Anreize dieser Generation empirisch zu untersuchen und unter Berücksichtigung von 2 Motivationstheorien genauer zu beleuchten, um abschließend den Unternehmen, insbesondere dem Personalmanagement, wirksame Handlungsempfehlungen geben zu können.
