Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2009 im Fachbereich Pädagogik - Erwachsenenbildung, Note: 1, Karl-Franzens-Universität Graz, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Motivation ist einer der grundlegendsten Aspekte für ein erfolgreiches Seminar seitens der Lernenden als auch der Lehrenden. Ohne jeglichen Antrieb bzw. Interesses kann Lehre nur bis zu einem gewissen Grad stattfinden, jedoch nie zu einer selbstverwirklichenden Bildung für die Akteure führen. Der Begriff 'Motivation' leitet sich vom lateinischen Wort 'motus' - Bewegung ab. Wer motiviert ist, verspürt Bewegung von innen ('intrinsische Motivation') aber auch Bewegung, welche von außen zugeführt wird ('extrinsische Motivation'). In jedem Fall ruft diese Bewegung Veränderungen hervor, die auf einer Verhaltensbereitschaft des jeweiligen Individuums gründen. Nicht nur jenes Engagement der/des Teilnehmers/in ist entscheidend für die entstehende Motivation in einem Seminar und somit auch dessen Erfolg für alle Beteiligten, sondern auch die Umgebung, in welcher Lehre passiert. Der/die Lehrende ist aufgefordert eine Umwelt mit motivierenden Faktoren bereitzustellen, um dieses Feuer der Handlungsbereitschaft zu entfachen und bestmöglich am Lodern zu erhalten, damit es nicht erlischt und nur noch Glut übrigbleibt. Aregger bezeichnet dies als den "Königsweg" (Aregger 1986, S.11): er handelt "vom Wissen um und Verstehen von pädagogisch-didaktischen Erkenntnissen sowie einer behutsamen Berücksichtigung der situativen Ansprüche und Vorgaben (Adressaten, Normen, Sozio-Kulturelles, Ziele, Eigeninteressen und -heiten usw.) (...)" (ebd., S.11). Wie Lehrende jene Aspekte anbieten können um nicht gleichzeitig aufgrund von z.B. zu viel Lob demotivierend zu wirken (intrinsische Motivation sinkt) und dennoch den Lerner/innen Selbstverantwortung ermöglichen führt mich zu der Forschungsfrage dieser Seminar-Arbeit: Welche Aspekte bzw. Einflussfaktoren müssen aus der Sicht des/der Leiter/in berücksichtigt werden um bestmögliche Motivation für die Lern
