Außerdem sollen zukunftsorientierte Instrumente vorgestellt werden, damit Unternehmen das Personalmarketing bedürfnis- und nutzenorientiert ausrichten können. Die Veränderung des Arbeitsmarktes hin zum Bewerbermarkt verlangt eine Umstellung des Blickwinkels auf die Personalprozesse. Die Bedürfnisse des Bewerbers rücken in den Vordergrund und bestimmen den Arbeitsmarkt. Diese positive Gestaltung aller Kontaktpunkte aus Sicht eines Bewerbers folgt einem marketingorientierten Ansatz und wird im Personalbereich als "Candidate Experience Management" bezeichnet. Das Candidate Experience Management gewinnt immer stärker an Bedeutung, dies zeigen auch Google Suchstatistiken im internationalen Vergleich. Im Vergleich zeigen die Länder Indien, Vereinigte Staaten und das Vereinigte Königreich das höchste Interesse am Thema Candidate Experience.
