Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2017 im Fachbereich BWL - Offline-Marketing und Online-Marketing, Hotelfachschule Heidelberg - Fritz-Gabler-Schule, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Diese Arbeit will darstellen, wie in einem geeigneten sozialen Netzwerk durch zielgruppenorientiertes Advertising neue Interessenten und Kundenkontakte - sogenannte Leads - zu generieren sind. Soziale Netzwerke bieten heute vielversprechende Möglichkeiten, potentielle Nutzer und Kunden zielgruppengerecht zu erreichen und zusätzlich davon zu profitieren, dass die Empfänger eine für sie relevante Werbebotschaft in Form eines Textes, Bildes oder Videos teilen und weiterleiten. Die Werbebotschaft verteilt sich so binnen kurzer Zeit wie ein Virus in einer Community oder im Internet (sogenannter viraler Effekt). Für Nischenanbieter und kleinere Unternehmen ist es besonders interessant, Instrumente des Online-Marketings zu nutzen. Einerseits schreitet die Digitalisierung der Gesellschaft und der Wirtschaft gewaltig voran, womit sich die Kontaktaufnahme zu Kunden und die Pflege dieser Kontakte zunehmend in das Internet verlagert. Andererseits wird es auch bei einem geringen Marketing-Budget möglich, die relevante Zielgruppe kostengünstig zu erreichen, beispielsweise durch Werbebanner. Im Rahmen dieser Arbeit soll am Beispiel des Start-Ups EATell erläutert werden, welches soziale Netzwerk sich als geeignet erweist, um einen Social-Media-Auftritt eines B2B-Unternehmens zu entwickeln und als Grundlage für den Ausbau der Online-Marketing-Strategie zu dienen. Dazu wird auf die Entwicklung eines Unternehmensprofils und die dabei entstehenden Kosten eingegangen. Des Weiteren soll beispielhaft eine zielgruppenorientierte Platzierung von Werbung vorgenommen werden und dessen Auswirkung auf die Besucherzahl des Profils sowie die Anzahl der daraus resultierenden neuen Kontaktaufnahmen erhoben werden. Abschließend erfolgt eine strategische Handlungsempfehlung für die Ausrichtung des Social-Media-Auftritts.
