Schulpolitik, Note: 1,0, Universität Bielefeld, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Diese Arbeit hat das Ziel, Erkenntnisse zum Einsatz und Stellenwert von Zeit- und Selbstmanagementstrategien bei angehenden und berufserfahrenen Lehrkräften zu generieren und diese in einen Zusammenhang mit dem subjektiven Stress- und Belastungserleben der Lehrenden zu stellen. Die Gegenüberstellung von angehenden Lehrkräften beziehungsweise Referendaren und berufserfahrenen Lehrkräften erscheint besonders fruchtbar, weil sie sich in unterschiedlichen berufsbiographischen Stadien befinden, die durch vermeintlich divergierende Charakteristika, Anforderungen und potenzielle Stressoren geprägt sind. Daher soll in dieser Forschungsarbeit untersucht werden, ob und falls ja, inwiefern sich zwischen angehenden und berufserfahrenen Lehrkräften in folgenden Schwerpunkten Differenzen aufzeigen lassen: (1) Die Beschreibung des Stressverständnisses und Stresserlebens, (2) die Identifikation von Techniken der Zeit- und Arbeitsorganisation und (3) die Identifikation von Selbstmanagementstrategien (darunter Work-Life-Balance, Erholungserleben, arbeitsbezogene Persönlichkeitsmerkmale). Zur Erforschung der dargestellten Forschungsschwerpunkte werden in Kapitel 2 grundlegende Termini voneinander abgegrenzt, sodass darauf aufbauend verschiedene Forschungsperspektiven in Form von Stressmodellen dargestellt werden können. Anschließend erfolgt eine Betrachtung von Stress im Arbeitskontext - zunächst generell und anschließend im Kontext des Lehrerberufs. An dieser Stelle wird auch ein Überblick über Belastungsfaktoren des Lehrerberufs und des Referendariats gegeben. Kapitel 3 fokussiert eine salutogenetische Perspektive, indem Zeit- und Selbstmanagement definitorisch verortet, konzeptuell bestimmt und ihre Bedeutung für den Lehrerberuf in den Blick genommen werden.
