INTRODUCTION À MA NOTION DE LA PHONÉTIQUEMon propos est de présenter aux Français et à toute la francophonie, aux quatre coins du monde, une écriture simplifiée en mode Texto de la langue française, c'est-à-dire une écriture phonétique qui la rendrait universellement abordable, aussi bien auprès des francophones que des étrangers voulant apprendre notre langue. La version 'officielle' API de l'écriture phonétique me semble rébarbative pour les non-initiés. Aussi, j'ai voulu offrir à ces derniers une méthode qui simplifierait l'apprentissage de notre langue, dans un français phonétique et non grammatical. Contrairement aux textos des réseaux sociaux, il ne s'agirait pas d'un nouvel argot raccourci, mais d'un français qui se prononce correctement et qui serait, entre autre, utile aux nombreux étrangers de par le monde qui, n'ayant pas le temps d'aborder notre langue dans toute sa complexité, et dont, avouons-le, la grammaire et la prononciation sont terriblement difficiles pour eux. Pensez aux anglophones, aux Chinois, aux Japonais, aux Russes, aux millions d'habitants de l'Afrique et du Pacifique francophone - surtout dans les villages reculés où le français n'est pas ou peu pratiqué. Prenez le cas de la RDC (Congo-Kinshasa) qui deviendra bientôt le premier pays francophone du monde, avant la France - enfin à tous ceux qui voudraient pouvoir lire et mieux prononcer le français. Bien entendu, j'entends déjà les cris d'orfraie des Académiciens, mais ceux-là n'ont rien à craindre, la littérature française et tous ceux qui veulent étudier, lire et pratiquer notre belle langue continueront de le faire dans la langue classique qu'ils aiment tant - dont je suis. Mais, ne serait-il pas souhaitable que ces milliers, voir ces millions de personnes, voulant aborder notre langue, voyant la difficulté du langage classique, s'en détournent par découragement ou tout simplement par peur du ridicule ? Les Américains, les Chinois ou les Russes, en général, apprécient l'effort que fait un étranger de parler leur langue, même imparfaitement. Défi à l'anglophonie ? Non, car je ne crois pas à la guerre des langues, plutôt à leur enrichissement mutuel.BIOGRAPHIE D'ALBERT RUSSOBelge d'origine anglo-italienne, écrivain bilingue - le français et l'anglais étant ses deux langues 'maternelles' (35 livres publiés, avec des traductions dans une quinzaine de langues) - et photographe (50 livres), Albert Russo a vécu sur 4 continents.
