Most people begin their day on autopilot, hitting the SNOOZE button, tired when they wake up and falling into their daily habits or shall we say, 'traps', which does not serve them by building the life they desire. Functioning on Autopilot with non-productive habits and reacting to life's daily demands is not how we take control of our future, rather, it stresses us out.
