When it comes to worshipping God, whether in singing, praying or dancing, it should start with, and in, the heart. 1 Samuel 16:7, says when Samuel sought a king, the Lord said to Samuel, Do not consider his appearance or his height, for I have rejected him. People look at the outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart.
A worship dancer is a dancer, which expresses his or her belief through movement in the worship session. The goal is to worship God through the use of the body to express glory, honor and adoration to the Holy Spirit.
On these pages, you will read about the biblical uses of instruments of praise, some of the many names of God, and many ways to worship God in the dance. The word of God says, And David danced before the LORD with all his might; and David was girded with a linen ephod. (2 Sam. 6:14 KJV.) Learn to give God your all, in worship dance, while using instruments of praise.
