Mit Hilfe von qualitativen Interviews soll festgestellt werden, wie sich Maßnahmen auf die Motivation der Mitarbeiter auswirken. Das Ziel der Arbeit ist einen möglichen Zusammenhang zwischen Work-Life-Balance Maßnahmen und der Motivation von Vollzeitangestellten herauszufinden. Mit Hilfe von Befragungen soll ermittelt werden, welche Maßnahmen vollzeitangestellte Mitarbeiter besonders motivieren und wie einzelne Maßnahmen die Vereinbarkeit von Familie und Beruf verbessern können. Die vorliegende Arbeit ist in sechs Kapitel unterteilt. Das erste Kapitel beginnt mit einer Beschreibung der Problemstellung. Des Weiteren werden das Forschungsinteresse und das Ziel der Arbeit erläutert. Die Forschungsfrage, die mit Hilfe der Arbeit beantwortet werden soll, wird aufgestellt. Das Kapitel schließt mit einer Beschreibung über den Gang der Arbeit ab. Das zweite Kapitel beschreibt die theoretischen Grundlagen der Gegenstandsbereiche Motivation, Vollzeitbeschäftigung und Work-Life-Balance. Im dritten Kapitel wird das methodische Vorgehen theoriegestützt begründet. Inhalt dieses Kapitels ist die Auswahl der Erhebungsmethode. Auf Grund der Offenheit der zu untersuchenden Themenkomplexe Work-Life-Balance und Motivation soll den Befragten die Möglichkeit gegeben werden, möglichst frei und individuell auf die Themen einzugehen. Zum Ende des Kapitels wird das Vorgehen der Interviewanalyse näher erläutert.
