Examensarbeit aus dem Jahr 2004 im Fachbereich Didaktik für das Fach Deutsch - Pädagogik, Sprachwissenschaft, Note: 1,2, Universität Hamburg (Pädagogisches Institut), Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Die Arbeit befasst sich sowohl mit den Theorien, die Wissenschaftler der verschiedenen Forschungsgebiete zur Gattung der Volksmärchen aufgestellt haben, als auch mit der Anwendbarkeit dieser Märchentheorien im Grundschulunterricht. Als Märchenbeispiele werden hauptsächlich die Kinder- und Hausmärchen der Brüder Grimm verwendet, denn diese Märchen sind weitgehend bekannt und daher beispielgebend. In den verschiedenen Wissenschaften wie der Literatur, der Volkskunde, der Ethnologie, der Politologie, der Soziologie, der Psychologie gab und gibt es Forschungsbemühungen um das Literaturgenre Märchen. In den unterschiedlichen Wissenschaftsgebieten wurden verschiedene Analyse- und Interpretationsmodelle entwickelt, die dem Märchen zugrunde gelegt werden. In dieser Arbeit werden drei Märchentheorien untersucht und dargestellt: Die Literaturwissenschaft, die Volkskunde und die Psychologie. Diese Arbeit hat eine zentrale Leitfrage: Welche Bedeutung haben die verschiedenen Märchentheorien und wie kann man sie sinnvoll in den Deutschunterricht der Grundschule einbringen? Für die Beantwortung dieser Frage werden vier Unterfragen beantwortet: 1. Wie ist der Begriff des Märchens zu erklären? Dabei stehen grundlegende definitorische Erläuterungen im Mittelpunkt. Außerdem wird in diesem Abschnitt die Tätigkeit der Märchensammler dargestellt. 2. Wie stellen sich die drei ausgewählten Märchentheorien dar? Dafür werden die drei Theorien, ihre Interpretations- bzw. Analysemodelle dargestellt und miteinander verglichen. 3.
