About the Author: Camaron J. Thomas, PhD, received her doctorate in transpersonal psychology from Westbrook University and has spent a decade studying neuroscience.
Thomas is a professional mediator who specializes in family and community matters. She is trained in both transformative and interests-based mediation.
A certified integrated yoga teacher, Thomas has diplomat status in Ayurveda. She trained in mindfulness meditation under Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn.
