Da eine sinnvolle Unternehmenskommunikation nur moglich ist, wenn die Bedurfnisse der Zielgruppe bekannt sind, behandelt ein weiteres Kapitel zudem die Frage, worauf Rechtsuchende bei der Anwaltssuche besonders achten und reagieren.
