Diplomarbeit aus dem Jahr 2008 im Fachbereich Soziale Arbeit / Sozialarbeit, Note: 1,0, Fachhochschule Düsseldorf, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Der erste Teil "Theoretische Grundlagen - Entwicklung und Stand der Psychotherapie- und Beratungsforschung" beginnt mit einer kurzen Einführung der Prozessforschung und geht in diesem Rahmen explizit auf spezifische und unspezifische Wirkfaktoren und deren Verhältnis zueinander ein. Dieser Abschnitt führt den Leser zu dem Kernstück des ersten Teils, in dem auf Theorien und Studien zu der Beratungsbeziehung bzw. zur therapeutischen Beziehung eingegangen wird. Hier werden eine Definition der Klient-Therapeut-Beziehung gegeben, wichtige Komponenten aufgezeigt und empirische Ergebnisse im Hinblick auf allgemein wirksame Therapeutenfaktoren (Eigenschaften und Interventionen des Therapeuten) genannt. Ebenfalls wird die Bedeutung der Klientenperspektive für die Beurteilung der therapeutischen Beziehung angeführt. Daran schließt sich die Darstellung der therapeutischen Beziehung aus der Sichtweise unterschiedlicher Therapieschulen an, welche im Wesentlichen die Grundlage meiner entwickelten Online-Umfrage bildet. Auch im Kontext von Beratung wird dieser bedeutende Wirkfaktor kurz angesprochen. In einem Abschnitt gehe ich auf die allgemeinen Grundlagen und Besonderheiten der E-Mail-Beratung ein und beschäftige mich zudem mit den für die E-Mail-Beratung spezifischen Wirkfaktoren. Da die Beziehung zwischen Klient und Online-Berater noch kaum untersucht wurde, leite ich aus den Besonderheiten und Theorien der computervermittelten Kommunikation wichtige Rahmenbedingungen für die Klient-Berater-Beziehung im virtuellen Setting ab. Da ich die Beratungsbeziehung nicht nur im Kontext von Online-Beratung, sondern auch in Peer-Beratung unter Jugendlichen bzw. jungen Erwachsenen analysieren möchte, werden im nächsten Abschnitt eine Begriffserklärung dazu gegeben und eine Konzeption sowie Stärken der (Online-)Peer-Beratung vorgestellt.
