Dabei erklären wir zuerst, wie UX-Projekte typischerweise starten und stellen schließlich unseren kompletten Design-Prozess vor: angefangen bei der detaillierten Beschreibung des Problems, über die Definition und Erarbeitung der Lösung, bis hin zur schrittweisen Verbesserung dieser Lösung und der Veröffentlichung einer ersten lebensfähigen Version, die schließlich weiterentwickelt und optimiert wird.
In Teil 3 erzählen wir von unseren praktischen Erfahrungen im Zusammenhang mit der Frage, warum so viele Produkte und Services im Endeffekt scheitern. Und obwohl Fehler zu machen die einzige Möglichkeit ist, etwas Neues zu lernen, stellen wir in diesem Teil auch unsere Vorschläge dafür vor, wie man unerwünschtes Scheitern vermeiden kann.
