About the Author: Sven Reiff, wurde 1982 in Hofgeismar geboren. Nach seiner Berufsausbildung und mehreren Jahren Berufspraxis als Steuerfachangestellter entschied sich der Autor seine fachlichen Qualifikationen im Bereich des Personalmanagements durch ein berufsbegleitendes Studium weiter auszubauen. Die Prüfung zum Personalmanagement-Ökonom (VWA) schloss er im Jahre 2009 ab. Nach zwei weiteren Semestern legte er die Abschluss-Prüfung zum Betriebswirt (VWA) ab. Bereits während des Studiums sammelte der Autor umfassende praktische Erfahrungen im Personalbereich. Während seines Berufs begleitenden Studiums entwickelte der Autor ein besonderes Interesse an der Mitarbeitermotivation. Das Ergebnis dieses Interesses liegt dem Leser in Form dieses Buches vor.
