Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2003 im Fachbereich Philosophie - Praktische (Ethik, Ästhetik, Kultur, Natur, Recht, ...), Note: 2, Johann Wolfgang Goethe-Universität Frankfurt am Main (Institut für Philosophie), Veranstaltung: Einführung in die Praktische Philosophie, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: "Grundlegung zur Metaphysik der Sitten" In der vorliegenden Hausarbeit soll "der kategorische Imperativ aus "Grundlegung zur Metaphysik der Sitten" von Immanuel Kant behandelt werden. Zeitlich ist die, aus dem Jahr 1785 stammende Schrift in die Phase der späten Aufklärung einzuordnen. Kants Ansatz läutete eine neue Ära in der Theorie der Moralp hilosophie ein, indem der Bruch mit der jahrhundertealten aristotelischen Tradition des Eudaimonismus vollzogen wurde und stattdessen durch Kants Vernunftethik eine normative, systematische und verbindliche Anleitung zu selbstbestimmtem moralischem Handeln gegeben wurde. "Das Gute" als teleologische Richtschnur individuellen moralischen Handelns verwirft Kant als subjektive Kategorie, die bei ihm durch objektivierte Formen, wie den "guten Willen", "die Pflicht", sowie den verallgemeinerten "kategorischen Imperativ" als Mittel zur Überprüfung sittlichen Handelns ersetzt wird. Thomas Nisters zitiert hierzu J. Ritter, der die Wirkung von Kants Philosophie folgendermaßen beschreibt: "Die Entwicklung der neueren Ethik seit Kant wird als die Bewegung gedeutet, in der sie sich vom, Eudäimonismus' und seiner Einsenkung des Sittlichen in die Affekte und Strebungen der Subjektivität befreit und zum Begriff reiner an sich geltender Werte und Normen erhoben hat [...]"1 Um die Frage "Wie leitet Kant aus dem Begriff der Pflicht den "kategorischen Imperativ in seiner dreifachen Formulierung ab?" beantworten zu können, ist es nötig zuerst einmal den Argumentationsweg Kants von Begriff der Pflicht über die Formulierung eines den Pflichten übergeordneten Prinzips in Form des "kategorischen Imperativs", bis hin zur Ableitung der Pflichten aus dem "kategori
