Die E-Learning-Maßnahme ist so konzipiert, dass sie einfach umgesetzt werden kann. Die Module liefern leicht verständliche Vorschläge und Übungen, um sich vor Stressoren und stressbedingter Überlastung zu schützen. Die Mitarbeiterinnen werden für die Wahrnehmung von Stress-Signalen sensibilisiert und erhalten Anregungen für einen veränderten Umgang mit den eigenen Stressoren. Die Weiterbildungsmaßnahme strebt eine Modifikation des individuellen Verhaltens und die Veränderung zu gesundheitsförderlichen Verhaltensweisen an. Die Zielsetzung der Weiterbildungsmaßnahme wird festgelegt und die Module vorgestellt: 1. Wissensvermittlung, 2. Beeinflussung von Situationsfaktoren und Verhalten und 3. Verhaltenseinübung (Verhaltensanalyse, Selbst- und Verhaltensregulation). Ausgangslage sind die Situations- und Stressfaktoren der stationären Kinder- und Jugendhilfe in Deutschland. Die Lehrmethode des E-Learning wird begründet und der Strukturplan verdeutlicht den Erarbeitungsprozess der E-Learning Maßnahme. Der Ablaufplan und die Ausdifferenzierung und Ausgestaltung der Module und Tools verdeutlicht die methodisch-didaktischen Inhalten und die Lernziele der gesundheitspädagogischen Interventionen. Die gesundheitsbezogenen Interventionen verknüpfen die entwicklungsrelevanten und milieuspezifischen Aspekte mit dem anvisierten Gesundheitsziel und sind in eine zielgruppenspezifische Gesundheitspädagogik integriert. Das Fazit diskutiert die Stärken und Schwächen der E-Learning Maßnahme und schließt die Projektarbeit Plus ab.
