Es soll das Teamklima des Marketing-Teams der fiktiven Hotelkette "Sunflair" verbessern. Es werden hierfür wichtige theoretisches Grundlagen der Erlebnispädagogik, menschlichen Kommunikation und des Teamgefüges erklärt. Anschließend folgt die Reflexion des Trainings. Diese Arbeit gliedert sich in zwei theoretische und einen praktischen Teil. In den Kapiteln zwei und drei, welche den theoretischen Teil abbilden, wird auf wichtige wissenschaftliche Grundlagen eingegangen, welche für das Training und die Thematik des Teamgefüges benötigt werden. Hierbei stehen wichtige Theorien, Modelle und Phasen zur Erlebnispädagogik, Teams und Kommunikation im Vordergrund. Anschließend folgt der praktische Teil der Arbeit, in welchem zunächst grundlegende Informationen zur Hotelkette "Sunflair" und die Umstände geschildert werden. Es folgt die Bedarfsanalyse, die Definition der Ziele und die Schilderung der Didaktik, sowie der Ablauf des Trainings. Das Kapitel vier wird durch die Reflexion und Bewertung des Trainingsverlaufes abgeschlossen. Im fünften Kapitel sind Erkenntnisse und das Fazit der Autorin zusammengefasst. Menschen lieben Gewohnheiten und Routinen sowohl im beruflichen als auch im privaten Umfeld. Der Büroplatz sieht immer gleich aus, ist auf die gleiche Art und Weise sortiert und die täglichen Aufgaben ähneln sich. Die Komfortzone zu verlassen und neues zu erleben, fällt den Menschen oft schwer. Doch ohne neue Erlebnisse und Erfahrungen ist eine nachhaltige, persönliche Weiterentwicklung beinahe unmöglich. Die Menschen aus ihrer Komfortzone zu bewegen, ohne sie in Angst und Panik zu versetzen und dann noch Erlebnisse forcieren, welche durch eine anschließende Reflexion zu Erkenntnissen werden
