Fachhochschule Heilbronn, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Ziel dieser Arbeit ist die Untersuchung, wie E-Marketing zur Kundenbindung genutzt werden kann. Hierzu erweist es sich als notwendig, zuerst die begrifflichen Grundlagen von E-Marketing und Kundenbindung zu klären. Im dritten Kapitel wird E-Marketing näher betrachtet und es werden zwei ausgewählte Beispiele vorgestellt. Die Wahl fiel hierbei auf die detaillierteren Betrachtungen zu Social- Media und zu Mobile Marketing, da diese Thematiken nach Auffassung des Verfassers nicht mehr aus der Wirtschaftswelt wegzudenken und von hoher Relevanz für die Kundenbindung sind. Das vierte Kapitel beschäftigt sich mit der Auswirkung von E-Marketing auf die Kundenbindung und betrachtet auch hier ausgewählte Beispiele. Ein Fazit im fünften Kapitel rundet die Arbeit ab. Der Markt wird sich mehr und mehr von Offline in Richtung Online verschieben und somit ist auch ein schnelles und flexibles Umdenken gefragt, denn diese Entwicklung wird sich nicht umkehren, sondern eher beschleunigen. Hier müssen Marktteilnehmer ihr Marketing neu erfinden, neue Vertriebskanäle im Rahmen eines Multichannel Managements installieren und sich im Customer Relationship Management neu definieren, um effizienten Kundennutzen zu generieren. Neue Herausforderungen warten auf die Unternehmen, denn unabhängig von der rasanten Entwicklung neuer Informations- und Kommunikationstechnologien gewinnt der Produktionsfaktor Wissen immer mehr an Bedeutung. Diese Erkenntnis gilt es zu verarbeiten, und die Möglichkeiten zu nutzen, die das Medium Internet und das E -Marketing bieten, um neue Kunden zu akquirieren und Bestandskunden zu pflegen.
