Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2019 im Fachbereich Führung und Personal - Führungsstile, Note: 2,30, FOM Hochschule für Oekonomie & Management gemeinnützige GmbH, Siegen früher Fachhochschule, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Ich möchte herausfinden, wie Männer den Umgang von weiblichen Führungskräften empfinden. Insbesondere soll diese Arbeit prüfen, ob es Vorurteile oder bestimmte Eigenschaften gibt, die mit weiblichen Führungskräften in Zusammenhang gebracht werden. Auch soll in diesem Zusammenhang geprüft werden, inwieweit das traditionelle Familienbild, die Gesellschaft und die Erziehung die Denkmuster von männlichen Arbeitnehmern beeinflussen. Ich bin mir bewusst, dass in diesem Zusammenhang viele weitere Faktoren wie Kultur und persönliche Erfahrungen der Arbeitnehmer in der Arbeitswelt eine Rolle spielen. Um diese Arbeit möglichst allgemeingültig zu gestalten, werden diese Faktoren nicht weiter untersucht. Vielmehr soll geprüft werden, ob das "maskuline Managerbild" ausgedient hat und welche Soft Skills Frauen zugerechnet werden. Es ist fraglich, ob Frauen aufgrund anderer Soft-Skills bessere Führungskräfte sind oder ob dies vielmehr von individuellen Fähigkeiten abhängig ist. Wenige Tage ist es her, da hat die Deutsche Post DHL Group den internationalen Catalyst Award für die Förderung von Frauen in Führungspositionen erhalten. Das Thema Frauenförderung bei einigen großen Unternehmen scheint ein wichtiger Baustein der Personalpolitik zu sein. Dennoch, in Anbetracht einer Studie der Bosten Consulting Group aus dem Jahre 2018 gibt es gerade im obersten Management eine starke Minderheit an Frauen in Führungspositionen - so ist nur jedes 14. Vorstandsmitglied weiblich. Lediglich 22 % aller Aufsichtsräte in börsenorientierten Unternehmen sind weiblich. Eine aktuelle Studie der Hans Böckler-Stiftung zeigt, dass sich der Anteil an Frauen innerhalb der letzten zehn Jahre in Aufsichtsräten verdoppelt hat.
