Mark also holds a Masters degree, with distinction, in Inter-Professional Health and Human Services Administration (M-IHHS), from the University of Oklahoma, Norman, Oklahoma. He was the member of the National Scholars Honor Society and the Key International Honour Society. Mark's thesis is the basis for Section One of this book. The Graduate Review Committee at the University of Oklahoma included the distinguished Professors John L. Duncan, specializing in Leadership and Medical Ethics; Vicki Tall Chief, specializing in Public Health Services and Rural Health Improvement; and Willie V. Bryan, specializing in Health Promotion Sciences. Dr. Bryan is the author of numerous healthcare textbooks. Section Two is a new addition and updates the developments of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010 (PPACA), signed into law by former President Barack Obama. This is a factual account of PPACA's accomplishments during the 2010 and 2017 period and offers recommendations for revising and enhancing the existing ACA. Many friends, experts, and colleagues have made valuable contributions during the development and update of this book in Section Two. I am deeply grateful to all of these individuals for their time and contributions. [Published March 20, 2017].
