Whole grains, refine grains, nuts, legumes, oils, seeds, animal carcasses, animal secretions, and synthetic products are not apart of the nutrient dense, alkaline, raw fruitarian diet. It is ill-advised to consume whole grains, refined grains, legumes, nuts, and seeds primarily because they are eminently taxing on the digestive system and are laced with anti-nutrients. Moreover, it is unwise to devour animal carcasses, animal secretions, synthetic products, oils, refined grains, whole grains, seeds, legumes, and oxidized products if the individual is looking to optimize their health, minimize inflammation, prolong their life, and mitigate as many health risks as possible.
