Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2009 im Fachbereich Italienisch als Schulfach (s. auch Romanistik), Note: 3,0, Martin-Luther-Universität Halle-Wittenberg, Veranstaltung: Film im Italienischunterricht, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Die vorliegende Hausarbeit beschäftigt sich mit dem Einsatz von Werbespots im Fremdsprachenunterricht Italienisch. Sie soll zeigen, wie und warum Videos im Unterricht eingesetzt werden sollten und wie Schüler davon profitieren. Laut den Rahmenrichtlinien für das Gymnasium in Italienisch Schuljahrgänge 7 bis 12 ist das Arbeiten mit dem Medium Video und Werbespot sogar vorgeschrieben.1 Film und Videomaterial sollen im Unterricht nicht als Belohnung oder der Beförderung dienen, sondern einen integralen Bestandteil des Unterrichts darstellen. Und das aus gutem Grund. Denn in unserer modernen Mediengesellschaft verändern sich die alltäglichen Herausforderungen an die Schüler und daher muss auch der Fremdsprachenunterricht sich neuen Anforderungen stellen. Gerade Werbung ist aus unserer modernen Alltag nicht mehr wegzudenken. Werbung gilt als Träger und Vermittler kultureller Merkmale. In den 1960er und 70er Jahren vor der Werbung als manipulativ und sprachzerstörend verurteilt. Heutzutage gilt sie als Spiegel unserer Alltagskultur und unseres Zeitgeistes. Natürlich beeinflusst sehen dabei auch unsere Sprache, unser Lebensgefühl und unser Verhalten. Dabei ist umstritten, ob sie uns vorschreibt oder nur widerspiegelt was "in" und was "out" ist.2 Die Schüler müssen heutzutage lernen mit Medien wie Fernsehen und Werbung richtig umzugehen, um daraus einen positiven Nutzen für die Bewältigung ihres Alltags und ihrer Lebensplanung zu ziehen. Hierzu muss auch der moderne Fremdsprachenunterricht seinen Beitrag leisten. In dieser Hausarbeit wird dargelegt, inwiefern gerade Werbespots in besonderem Maße geeignet sind, um die geforderten Kompetenzen bei den Schülern zu erzielen.
