FH Koblenz), Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Partizipation spielt in der Pädagogik immer wieder eine große Rolle. Theoretisch ist fast jeder überzeugt von den Ressourcen der Kinder zur Mitbestimmung und ihrer Fähigkeit, Prozesse mitzugestalten. In der Praxis ist jedoch häufig festzustellen, dass den Kindern im frühen Alter die eigene Entscheidungsmacht abgesprochen, nicht zugetraut oder nicht zugemutet wird, um sie vor eventuellen Überforderungen zu schützen. Kinder sollen die Möglichkeit erhalten, ihre Lebenswelt mitzugestalten und an Lernprozessen teilhaben zu dürfen. Denn nur so kann von einer gelingenden Partizipation gesprochen werden. All das bedeutet für die pädagogischen Fachkräfte eine weitläufige Veränderung: Förderung statt Überforderung und bewusste Wertschätzung statt ungewollter Geringschätzung. Um einen Einblick für die oben angeschnittene Thematik zu erhalten, beschäftigt sich diese Arbeit mit dem Schwerpunkt "Partizipation in Kindertagesstätten". Dabei geht die Autorin der zentralen Frage nach, was Kinder durch Partizipation lernen können und welche Bedeutung dies für die pädagogischen Fachkräfte hat. Weiterhin möchte die Verfasserin mit der vorliegenden Arbeit deutlich machen, dass jedes Kind beteiligt werden kann, ohne es in irgendeiner Art und Weise zu überfordern. Der erste Teil der Arbeit beschäftigt sich mit den Grundlagen von Partizipation im Hinblick auf Rechte und Gesetzestexte im politischen Kontext auf verschiedenen Ebenen. Im Folgenden setzt sich der zweite Teil mit der Partizipation im pädagogischen Kontext auseinander, um die Vielfalt anhand von Begriffserklärung, Formen, Kriterien und Grenzen darzustellen. Der Hauptteil beschäftigt sich mit der Förderung der kindlichen Basiskompetenzen und der Sichtweise der Fachkräfte, um zum Schluss die positiven Lerneffekte für die kindliche Entwicklung aufz
