Lieutenant Grace Lord MD, combat surgeon-in-training, dreamed of saving lives but she never imagined she'd be tasked with having to save the human race.
Boarding the Conglomerate's Premier Medical Space Station, the Nelson Mandela, Grace is immediately attacked by a massive, genetically-modified, gorilla space marine, who has been exposed to a battle toxin causing psychosis and death.
