I decided to write this book with the aim of enabling people to further bridge the information gap between modern science and the growing holistic approach to human wellness; sometimes referred to as spirituality. I have focused my attention on future generations - our children - as I feel our world will change quickly within the next twenty to thirty years, because of them. It is important to note that within us all there is also a child (the "inner child") that is likely to need healing, nurturing, as well as just simply wanting to have fun and this book provides tools to reach a deeper understanding of our adult self and how adulthood is influenced by childhood. I have had sessions with a vast number of clients over the years consulting with approximately 100 clients per month, which led me to a higher understanding thus enabling me to help family, friends and clients improve their own life or that of those around them. I have been fortunate to have had many amazing experiences and insights with my psychic ability and a number of these have been included in this book. My sudden awakening involved having a series of psychic experiences where I could "see" people's current and past lives and much of this was occurring in my work environment. Using the psychic or intuitive ability that I gained, I have been able to shed light on their situation or condition. The ability gave me access to almost infinite information about people that I came into contact with. At times, just by understanding their situation and being able to resonate with them, I have enabled clients to release their feelings and dramatically move forward with their life. This book encompasses Western World treatments and integrates them with some of the holistic approaches developed by the Eastern philosophers over thousands of years. Eastern approaches to holistic health have started to make significant inroads into Western civilisation, which is certainly improving our world as a whole. Through a greater overall understanding, both parents and children can lead more loving, empowered and free lives. Although this book is primarily for parents and their children, it may well give significant insights into your own childhood even if you are not a parent. I encourage you to seek out solutions and only take what resonates with you i.e. start to use your intuition and listen to your own inner guidance regarding whether to progress further or take a different route. We may find that we fall occasionally along our journey, however, this provides an opportunity to learn more if we can open our minds to experiences without judgement. I believe this book will encourage readers to give more thought to their own lives and to the children they may interact with, hopefully providing them with greater awareness and better choices so they can choose a path that leads to greater joy. In summary, this book presents a number of ideas with some of them being controversial. These ideas have been born out of case studies of my clients whose overall well-being has improved. I see this is due to the inclusion of the "spirit" element in the discovery and evaluation process and believe it has an impact on the person's experience. The aim is to present information and tools that will assist the reader to better understanding themselves and more importantly, their childhood, and children overall. By being happier individuals and family units, we can develop happier communities and countries.
