We are encouraged to give more of our attention to what makes us feel good and to look for what makes us feel good. It makes a big difference in the experiences we create and discern if we consciously focus our mind on what makes us feel good. The vibrational feel of something is the best measure for determining what to focus our mind on. If it feels good it deserves our full attention. If it does not feel good it does not deserve our attention. We have our emotional guidance to assist us in determining what things to focus our mind on. We create the essence of the thing that we give our attention to. The essence of what we focus our mind on is the essence of what our mind delivers to us in terms of experiences that we discern. A scripting procedure can be used for this purpose. The scripting process can be used to put us in the position of attracting, by virtue of the thoughts, images, feelings and intentions we focus our mind on, the things that we desire. The idea is to focus our attention only on the good feeling things we want and to avoid focusing our attention on the wanting or the not wanting of the bad feeling things. We are to write the script exactly as we want it to be and we are to perform the script exactly as written. The scripting process will help us identify our good feeling desires and be more specific about our good feeling desires so that we can use the power of specific mind focus. Our mind is able to tune into and turn on flows of energy that provide the experiences of our good feeling desires much faster when we provide it with greater details and focus time in respect of what we desire to experience. When we enhance our skills at manifesting our desires, we can actually feel the Universal forces moving into action. We can actually anticipate the forthcoming manifestation of our desires simply by the way we feel. We are the writer of the vibrational essence of our script of our life. Everyone and everything that we experience is playing the part that we assign to them in our script. We can script any life we desire and the universe delivers the vibrational essence of the people, places, things and events just as we have scripted them. If we decide the essence of what it is that we want and allow it to be, it is delivered by the Universe.Scripting allows us to describe the essence of the things as we like them to be. Scripting permits us to break the habit of talking about things the way they are. Scripting allows us to manage the essence of our vibrational ask deliberately. When we act out our script intently it becomes real to us and receives most of our attention. When it becomes real to us and receives most of our attention the universe responds in the way that makes it real. We do not have to tell the Universe what we want more than once, however the writing and the acting of our script permits us to get clearer about the essence of what we desire. Once we are clear on the essence of what we want, it is on its way to us. Any delay is caused by our resistances to our desires caused by our beliefs. This book provides insights for dealing with our resistances.We are to have a desire for each moment. If we attempt to focus our attention on too many desires for a particular moment, we create confusion. We are most effective when we focus our attention on a specific desire for a specific moment. The focus of our attention on the details of our desire for the particular moment creates clarity and promotes a swifter delivery response of the Universe. Our concentrated focus of our attention on a desire specified for the particular moment make us a more prolific creator. A desire that we manifest and experience in a particular moment is all that exists for us in that moment and is disserving of our full attention. To be most effective, we must create mindfully in each moment.
