Logan is alone at home when a major natural disaster hits.

About the Author: Jessica Mele and Alexis Linder have remained close friends, despite living in different parts of California. Avid readers and writers, the two teenagers decided to start writing a novel together via the Internet. The result, Waterworld, captures the coming-of-age experience authentically, as its two authors are going through some of the same challenges of growing up as their main protagonists.
Mele and Linder are currently in school, where they participate in a variety of activities and sports and enjoy a range of subjects. They are enthusiastic about writing and are planning more projects in the future.
