Junge Menschen müssen deshalb mehr denn je beschäftigungsfähig gemacht werden. Es gilt, Soft- und Business-Skills zu entwickeln und die Bereitschaft zur Intrapreneurship zu wecken. Grundlage hierfür ist die realistische Einschätzung der eigenen Fähigkeiten. Der Grundstein hierfür muss bereits in der Schulzeit gelegt werden. Der deutsche und auch der weltweite Arbeitsmarkt durchlaufen in den letzten Jahren einen Wandel. Wir werden immer mehr zu einer Wissensgesellschaft, in der Bildung und Qualifikation stets an Bedeutung gewinnen. Unternehmen stellen immer höhere Anforderungen an ihre Angestellten. Aktuelle Forschungen bestätigen den immer größer werdenden Druck. Für junge Menschen ist besonders der Prozess der Berufswahl schwierig; ein sehr umfassendes Verfahren zur Integration in die Gesellschaft und in das Erwerbsleben. Worin jedoch liegen die Ursachen für diese immer höher werdenden Ansprüche? Was genau fordern Unternehmen von den Arbeitnehmern?
