Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2022 im Fachbereich Führung und Personal - Burnout und Stress am Arbeitsplatz, Note: 1,7, SRH Hochschule Berlin (früher OTA) (Wirtschaftspsychologie), Veranstaltung: Emotionen am Arbeitsplatz und in der Werbung, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Die Arbeit untersucht Machtmissbrauch in der Arbeit mithilfe der Fragestellung "Warum mobben Führungskräfte ihre Mitarbeiter?". Dabei gehe ich zum einen auf die unterschiedlichen charakteristischen Persönlichkeitsstrukturen ein, zum anderen auf die Unternehmensstruktur und inwiefern das Arbeitsklima dies begünstigt. Außerdem erforsche ich das Bestreben nach Macht und lege präventive Maßnahmen dar, um Mobbing am Arbeitsplatz zu unterbinden. Steigender Leistungsdruck, hohe Anzahl an Burnout Erkrankungen, Depressionen als neue Volkskrankheit - alles Leidenszeichen, die manchen Arbeitnehmern im Laufe ihres Arbeitslebens widerfahren. In Japan sterben offiziell jährlich circa 150 Menschen als Folge von Überarbeitung. Dutzende sind von ihrer Arbeitsstelle sowohl mental als auch physisch erschöpft - dies geht sogar so weit, dass es einen eigens eingeführten Begriff für einen Tod durch Arbeitsübermüdung gibt: "Karoshi". Doch was sind die Gründe für diesen enormen Stress, der in Erschöpfung, in einem enormen Druck oder sogar in Depressionen endet? Warum ist dieses Thema aktueller denn je? Die Hintergründe dafür sind vielfältig, manch einer fühlt sich in seinem Job nicht wohl, da er ihm kaum Erfüllung gibt. Manch anderer hingegen muss über Jahre hinweg mentale Schmerzen seitens anderer Arbeitskollegen ertragen, was schlussendlich zu einem enormen (Leistungs-)Stress bzw. Burnout führen kann. Augenscheinlich sind "mentale Probleme" großflächig definiert. In meinem Text beziehe ich mich jedoch mehrheitlich auf den seelischen Schmerz auf der Arbeitsstelle, der durch systematische psychische Gewalt erreicht wird.
