The purpose of this book is to help you get better sleep, and also to record any hints you might get from your dreams as to how to use that information to improve your life, whether your sleep life or your daytime activities, and preferably both!
Why did I call it "Crazy?" Because if you are anything like me, sometimes the dreams you have can be very, very crazy. I find that these "crazy" dreams, though, help me improve my life better than almost any plain vanilla dream I've ever had!

- your bedtime
- a very short recap of the day - mostly a few words just to indicate your emotional state
- a description of your dream(s) and
- the interpretation you might have of what the dream may mean to you.
Keeping a record of these dreams and your other bedtime habits might go a long way toward helping you to maximize the amount of rest you get every night, and improve your sleep habits (and thus your life) overall.
