This book is not a self-help book, it is a self-discovery workbook. It is designed around the premise that once we are aware of our purpose as Christians discovering where our talents, gifts and abilities lie; our goals fall into place.
The workbook is uniquely designed to demonstrate life balance through achieving integrated goals in all five areas of life. This workbook takes the readers on a journey through these five specific areas of life that are addressed in the Scriptures: Healthy Faith (Loving God), Healthy Relationships (Loving Others), Mental Health, Physical Health and Financial Health.
The workbook offers colorful displays and personal assessments to keep the reader engaged. At the start and end of every chapter the reader assesses themselves and in the chapters themselves the reader will be faced with questions and challenges that will help clarify their Christian life purpose through the lens of scripture.
Each reader takes his or her unique journey through each area of life and then begins to set and achieve small goals; training themselves to create larger goals and greater balance in their lives.
This workbook can be completed by an individual or in a group, and positive life changes as well as growth are very possible. But, the maximum growth and change only comes when we are held accountable for our goals. To achieve this maximum potential the Voyag Team recommends that the reader utilize a Voyag trained Life Coach, a counseling Pastor, or a friend to walk through this journey with.
