Inhaltsangabe: Zusammenfassung: Diese Arbeit behandelt den Einfluß, den Erwartungen des Recruiters - das ist derjenige im Betrieb, der die Vorstellungsgespräche (auch: Interview) mit Bewerbern führt - auf das Vorstellungsgespräch haben. Dabei folgt die Darstellung der Thematik einem ganzheitlichen, makroanalytisch orientierten Denkansatz. Das bedeutet, daß für die Fragestellung die Vielfalt möglicher Einflußfaktoren gesammelt wird. Dabei werden diese Einflußfaktoren in ihrem Zusammenwirken dargestellt - Zusammenhänge werden dadurch sichtbar und besser handhabbar gemacht. In der Literatur findet sich bisher keine Darstellung, die den Einfluß von Erwartungen von Recruitern auf die Informationsverarbeitungsprozesse sowie das Verhalten der Beteiligten im Interview (und damit auf die Auswahl-entscheidung) nachweist. Erwartungen des Recruiters beeinflussen das Vorstellungsgespräch. Sieht man das Interview als Prozeß, so liefert diese Sichtweise den Rahmen für die Darstellung der (Aus)Wirkungen von Recruitererwartungen. In der Arbeit konzentriert sich die Darstellung auf folgende Prozeßabschnitte: - Interviewerverhalten. - Bewerberverhalten. - Wahrnehmung, Informationsverarbeitung und Urteilsbildung des Recruiters. Für diese Teilaspekte werden mögliche Auswirkungen von Erwartungen aufgezeigt. Weiters wird der Frage nachgegangen, inwieweit es sinnvoll ist, von objektiven (im Sinn von durch die Person oder Situation "unverzerrten") Einstellungs-entscheidungen zu sprechen. Hier vertritt der Autor die Auffassung, mehr auf die individuelle und betriebliche "Passung" von solchen Urteilen abzustellen. Davon ausgehend werden an der betrieblichen Praxis orientierte Gestaltungs-maßnahmen vorgestellt, die im Rahmen der Personalauswahl hilfreich sind, um eine optimale "Passung" von Auswahlentscheidungen, (somit dem Bewerber und den Menschen in der Organisation), zu erreichen.
