Inhaltsangabe: Gang der Untersuchung: Im ersten Teil wird ein viertägiges Training zur Entwicklung von Vorgesetzten und Führungskräften zu Mitarbeiter-Coachs vorgestellt. Ziel des Trainings ist die Vorbereitung der Teilnehmer auf ihre Aufgaben als Coachs, wie z.B. Selbstorganisationsprozesse bei den Mitarbeitern in Gang setzen oder ihre Selbstverantwortung zu steigern. Bei der Konzeption des Trainings wurde besonders Wert auf eine eindeutige Lehrzielformulierung gelegt, auf empirisch abgesicherte didaktische Modelle zur Planung des Trainings, zur Anordnung der Trainingsinhalte sowie der Trainings- und Lernprozesse. Darüber hinaus lag ein weiterer Schwerpunkt der Konzeption in der Bereitstellung von Trainingsmethoden in Form von Übungen und "Erfahrungen', welche die Lernenden aktiv in den Prozeß der Wissensvermittlung einbeziehen sollen. Der zweite Teil der Arbeit, der mehr als Rahmen zu betrachten ist, beinhaltet die Methodik der Gestaltung von Bildungsmaßnahmen, speziell für den kognitiven und effektiven Verhaltensbereich (z.B. Training, Unterricht, usw.). Beleuchtet wird die Person des Lehrers bzw. Trainers (z.B. seine Verhaltensweisen, seine Grundhaltung, seine Rolle, usw.), die besonderen Bedingungen lernender Erwachsener, der zu vermittelnde Lehr- bzw. Trainingsstoff (hier in Form des Coaching-Konzepts), die Formulierung von Lehr- bzw. Trainingszielen und die Auswahl geeigneter Instruktionsmodelle.
