Wo vorher der Austausch mit den Kolleg*innen war steht nun die Führung von Personal. Wo vorher ein pädagogischer Spielraum in jedem Klassenraum vorhanden war, schwingt nun immer das Wissen um Gesetze und Verordnungen eine Rolle. Einige behaupten sogar, dass Schulleiter*in zu sein ein völlig neues Berufsbild sei und eine eigene Ausbildung für sich darstellen müsse. Doch was ist es genau, dass die Berufsrolle so essentielle verändert? Und wie verändert sich die Rolle? Diese Arbeit beschäftigt sich, wissenschaftlich unterlegt, mit dem Rollenbild Leitungspersonen in der Schule und wie sich deren Rollenbild von einer Lehrkraft ausgehend verändert, welche Herausforderungen aber auch Chancen in diesem Wandel stecken. Dabei wird der Rollenwandel in einen systemischen Zusammenhang eingeordnet und erklärt aus diesem heraus die "Notwendigkeit" der Veränderung des Rollenbilds.

Staatsexamen für das Lehramt an Haupt-, Real- und Gesamtschulen. 2015 Als Lehrer in Nkawkaw/Ghana tätig gewesen. Seit Herbst 2015 Lehrer an einer Gemeinschaftsschule in Baden-Württemberg. 2019 Autor für den Raabe Verlag, Fachbereiche Geographie und Schulleitung. 2019 2. Staatsexamen für das Förderschulamt. 2019 Referent auf dem "Forum Bildung Digitalisierung" in Berlin.
