Untersucht wird in der vorliegenden Arbeit, wie Video-Interaktionsbegleitung als ressourcenorientierte Personalentwicklungsmaßnahme bei pädagogischen Fachkräften in Kindertagesstätten denkbar ist und welche Voraussetzungen, Grenzen und Vorbehalte es bei der Anwendung gibt. Als Zugang zum Thema wird die derzeitige Situation der pädagogischen Fachkräfte in Kindertageseinrichtungen unter dem Aspekt der zeitlichen Ressourcen und im Kontext mit strukturellen Veränderungen gewählt. Berücksichtigung finden unter- schiedliche personale Aspekte, die Zielsetzung der Anwendung von Video-Interaktionsbegleitung und in welcher Weise die Methode unterstützend wirkt.
