Gerade in Zeiten von Veränderungen sind die im Unternehmen gelebten Werte und das Führungsverhalten der Vorgesetzten von entscheidender Bedeutung. Ein Veränderungsprozess bringt nur dann effektive Ergebnisse, wenn es den Führungskräften gelingt, die Mitarbeitenden für die Ziele, Inhalte und Konzepte des organisatorischen Wandels zu gewinnen. Die Veränderungsbereitschaft steht hier an erster Stelle, denn ohne die Bereitschaft zur Veränderung wird der Change-Prozess nicht erfolgreich sein. Wichtig hierbei ist, die Ziele der veränderten Organisation transparent zu machen, damit alle Beteiligten ein klares Ziel vor Augen haben und dieses auch mit Überzeugung verfolgen. Diese Hausarbeit beschäftigt sich mit der zentralen Fragestellung: Wie wichtig ist die Veränderungsbereitschaft als Erfolgsfaktor für moderne Unternehmen in Change Projekten? Um eine Antwort auf diese Frage zu erhalten, werden außerdem folgende Teilfragen erarbeitet: Welche Möglichkeit gibt es weiche Faktoren messbar zu machen? Wie kann man die Veränderungsbereitschaft diagnostizieren?
