Bachelorarbeit aus dem Jahr 2021 im Fachbereich Pädagogik - Schulpädagogik, Note: 1,0, Universität Erfurt, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Kinder und Jugendliche wurden in der COVID-19-Pandemie vor unerwartete Herausforderungen gestellt. Sie haben sich besonders während des zweiten Lockdowns im Winter 2020 bis Frühjahr 2021 deutlich zu wenig aktiv bewegt, stattdessen neigten viele zu einem übermäßigen Medien-Konsum an technischen Endgeräten. Anhand von Elternbefragungen und Einzelinterviews mit Kindern und Lehrer*innen wird der derzeitige Zustand, die kurzfristigen sowie möglichen langfristigen Auswirkungen der Pandemie auf Grundschüler*innen erörtert und diese mit anderen empirischen Untersuchungsergebnissen verglichen. Wie diese unterschiedlichen Entwicklungen miteinander in Abhängigkeit stehen, welche Unterschiede zwischen dem ersten und zweiten Lockdown oder den regionalen Gegebenheiten bestehen und inwiefern ein Bewegungsmangel mit der jeweiligen Bildungsschicht zusammenhängt, wird im Verlauf dieser Bachelorarbeit erläutert. Neben dem gesundheitlichen Aspekt kann sich Bewegungsmangel für Kinder im Grundschulalter auch auf ihre motorischen Fähig- und Fertigkeiten sowie ihre sozio-emotionale Entwicklung auswirken. Diesem Aspekt wird besondere Aufmerksamkeit zukommen. In der COVID-19-Pandemie mussten alle Menschen deutliche Einschränkungen zum Schutze der allgemeinen Gesundheit hinnehmen. Doch der Personenkreis der Kinder und Jugendlichen war in ganz besonderem Maß betroffen. Home-Schooling mit kaum entwickelten (digitalen) Konzepten und mittels veralteter Methoden konnte den Schüler*innen über Monate hinweg keinen gleichwertigen Unterricht bieten. Neben Wissenslücken, bedingt durch Online-Lehre beziehungsweise Wechselunterricht, zeigten sich ebenso weitere Problemfelder auf, welche in ihren zukünftigen Auswirkungen noch nicht vollends abzuschätzen sind.
