Es folgt die Abgrenzung der Relevanz von Vertriebskonzepten und Vertriebswegen vor dem Hintergrund der Kundenakzeptanz, sodass mit Hilfe einer durchgeführten Nutzwertanalyse die künftige Bedeutung von Vertriebskonzepten aufgezeigt wird. Damit Produkte und Dienstleistungen von Kunden bezogen werden können, haben sich verschiedene Vertriebswege als Teil der Vertriebspolitik her-ausgebildet. Dabei sind die Methoden, wie ein Produkt vom Hersteller zum Kunden gelangt, sehr vielfältig. Je nach Reifegrad und Ausprägung der Vertriebswege, werden unterschiedliche Vertriebskonzepte unterschieden.
