Diplomarbeit aus dem Jahr 2016 im Fachbereich BWL - Controlling, Note: 1,0, Leibniz Akademie Hannover - Verwaltungs- und Wirtschaftsakademie Hannover, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Das grundsätzliche Ziel dieser Arbeit ist es, die Frage zu beantworten, wie ein verhaltensorientiertes Controlling mit dem Mensch im Mittelpunkt des Unternehmens stattfinden kann. Es sollen Denkanstöße gegeben werden, was berücksichtigt werden sollte, um Veränderungsprozesse im Unternehmen erfolgreich durchzuführen. Speziell zu berücksichtigen sind hierbei die Partizipation, d.h. die aktive Einbeziehung von Mitarbeitern der unteren Ebenen schon bei der Planung von Maßnahmen. Vorweg wird in Kapitel 2 auf Definitionen eingegangen, die zum allgemeinen Verständnis der Arbeit beitragen und als Grundlage für diese dienen. Weiteres wird die organisatorische Einordnung des Controllings im Unternehmen aufgezeigt, die koordinationsorientierte Controlling-Konzeption vorgestellt sowie deren Aufgaben näher erläutert. Auch auf die Kompetenzen eines Controllers wird hier näher eingegangen. Anschließend wird die Personalabteilung als Supporter verhaltensorientierter Abläufe aufgezeigt und ebenfalls eindimensionale und zweidimensionale Führungsstil-Konzeptionen. Kapitel 3 zeigt den Beitrag eines verhaltensorientierten Controlling mit dem Faktor Mensch im Mittelpunkt des Unternehmens auf. Hier wird dann auch Bezug auf die verschiedenen Planungsrichtungen des Controllings genommen. Problemfelder und Widerstände bei der Einführung eines verhaltensorientierten Controlling-Systems werden in Kapitel 4 vorgestellt. Auch ein Beispiel für ein verhaltensorientiertes Management- Modell wird in diesem Kapitel beschrieben und mit seinen Vor- und Nachteilen erörtert. In Kapitel 5 wird Bezug auf Anspruch und Methodik der empirischen Sozialforschung genommen. Es folgt die Vorstellung und Auswertung der Befragung zum Thema Mitarbeiterorientierung im Unternehmen.
