Die Darstellung des Modells aus der Sicht des Konfliktmanagements ermöglicht, die Beziehung zwischen dem Prinzipal und dem Agenten von der organisationstheoretischen und konflikttheoretischen Seite aus zu analysieren. Dabei ist das Modell der 'hidden characteristics' als ein Motivationsinstrument positioniert und wird zur Lösung des Motivationsproblems in Organisationen eingesetzt. Die Autorin untersucht in dieser Studie, inwieweit sich der Anreizvertrag für die Unternehmen zur Lösung des latenten Konfliktes zwischen den "Agenten" und "Prinzipalen" in der realen Welt eignet. Das Prozess- und Strukturmodell des Konfliktmanagements können systematisch verwendet werden, um den Konflikt zwischen Prinzipal und Agent situationsbedingt zu modellieren. Eine mögliche Vorgehensweise für den Prinzipal als Konfliktmanager wird in diesem Werk präsentiert.
About the Author: Monika Gruszka wurde 1987 in Lodz geboren. Sie erlangte ihr Abitur in einer renommierten deutsch-polnischen Schule in Lodz. Anschließend absolvierte sie den Studiengang Economics an der Technischen Universität Berlin. Ihr berufliches Interesse liegt vor allem in der Restrukturierung der Unternehmen, der Erhöhung der Effektivität der Mitarbeiter durch einen optimalen Arbeitsvertrag sowie dem Einfluss der Zusammenarbeitsentwicklung zwischen deutschen und polnischen Unternehmen in Hinblick auf die Finanzergebnisse. Außerberuflich interessiert sie sich für Fremdsprachen, insbesondere für die deutsche Sprache.
