Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2018 im Fachbereich Politik - Internationale Politik - Thema: Völkerrecht und Menschenrechte, Note: 2,0, Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Im Rahmen dieser Arbeit wird untersucht, ob und in welchen Punkten sich die Neuen von den Alten Rechten unterscheiden. Zur Untersuchung dieser Frage wird analysiert, wie sich der Rechtspopulismus in Deutschland in den vergangenen Jahrzehnten entwickelt hat. Hierfür werden Organisationen und Bewegungen aufgeführt, die die Entwicklung der Neuen Rechten in Deutschland geprägt haben und aktuell von Relevanz sind. Wer sind die Verfechter und welchen Diskurs streben sie an? Was ist die Konservative Revolution, welches das Gedankengut der Neuen Rechten maßgeblich kennzeichnet? Im Jahr 2015 waren weltweit rund 60 Millionen Menschen auf der Flucht. In Deutschland wurden 1.091.894 Flüchtlinge im Jahr 2015 neu registriert, knapp fünfmal so viel wie im Vorjahr. Die meisten Asylsuchenden kamen aus Syrien, mehrheitlich Muslime, die vor dem Bürgerkrieg in ihrer Heimat Zuflucht suchten. Seither demonstrieren hierzulande diverse Bürgerbewegungen, unter anderem PEGIDA (Patriotische Europäer gegen die Islamisierung des Abendlandes). Sie befürchten eine Islamisierung Deutschlands und behaupten der Islam sei eine gefährliche Religion, muslimische Migranten in Europa seien nicht integrationswillig, geschweige denn naturgemäß fähig dazu. Um weitere Mitglieder zu akquirieren schüren sie Angst in der Gesellschaft, indem sie Einzelfälle straffälliger Flüchtlinge medienwirksam verbreiten und nennen sich "das Volk" und "besorgte Bürger", die "das Abendland" vor der Islamisierung schützen wollen. Während sie sich vom Nationalsozialismus distanzieren, vertreten sie die Werte der Konservativen Revolution, welche wiederum als Vorreiter des Nationalsozialismus gilt. In ihren Thesen stützen sie sich auf anerkannte Philosophen und Schriftsteller und schaffen sich durch die Intellektualisier
