In der vorliegenden Studie trägt der Verfasser Ausschnitte aus dem Wortmaterial einer Sammlung von etwa 1.400 Sprachen zusammen, um darzulegen, dass den Lauten sehr wohl eine eigene Charakteristik zugestanden werden muss. Die daraus hervorgehenden Konsequenzen sind von gewichtiger Bedeutung für die vergleichende Sprachforschung sowie für die Sprachphilosophie. Denn anhand der Befunde dieser Studie wird die Frage danach, ob alle Sprachen einer gemeinsamen Quelle entstammen, zweifelsfrei positiv beantwortet. Der Verfasser setzt sich kritisch mit den Postulaten konstruierter Proto-Sprachen auseinander und hinterfragt gegenwärtig diskutierte Hypothesen der Etymologieforschung. Zudem stellt er verwandtschaftliche Strukturen der Sprachen und neue Etymologien vor, hinterfragt Probleme der Grammatik sowie des Lautwandels und widmet sich in seiner Betrachtung sowohl alten Mythen und Legenden als auch der Entwicklungsgeschichte der vergleichenden Sprachwissenschaften von der Vorzeit bis in die Gegenwart. Das Ergebnis dieser Studie ist so einfach wie bahnbrechend: Allen Sprachen liegt ein einheitliches Bildeprinzip zugrunde, welches sich immerwährend in verschiedenartigen Formen ausgestaltet, nie aber selbst als Wesen in Erscheinung tritt. Dieses Bildeprinzip - welches der bis heute nicht verstandenen Wilhelm von Humboldts entspricht -, ist ein lebendig-wesenhafter Entwicklungsprozess, dessen Charakteristik sich äußert im Werden.
About the Author: Aufgewachsen in einer Kleinstadt (Wurzbach) in Südostthüringen zog der Lebensweg Oliver 1999 nach Weimar, später nach Coburg, Berlin und Hatten/Oldenburg. Mit 28 Jahren erste Begegnungen mit den sprachwissenschaftlichen Werken Arnold Wadlers sowie erste intensivere Kontakte mit der Anthroposophie Rudolf Steiners. Seither vertiefendes Studium der Anthroposophie und der Sprachwissenschaften. Aufbau einer großangelegten Datensammlung aus einer Vielzahl an weltweiten, ausgestorbenen wie auch bestehenden Sprachen, die heute ein Vokabular von mehr als 800.000 Worten aus über 1.300 Sprachen umfasst und stetig erweitert wird. Eine kleine, für Freunde und Bekannte gedachte, Veröffentlichung im Jahr 2013 unter dem Titel "Einblicke in das Wesen der Sprache". Diverse Essays und Kurzschriften. Beitrag zur Festschrift für Hermann Beckh im Jahr 2016 (englische Ausgabe) sowie für ein geplantes Jahrbuch 2017 (Herausgeber beider Schriften: Alan Stott). Nach Jahren durchdringender Forschung erscheint im Jahr 2018 eine Abhandlung über das Bildekräftwirken der Sprache, in der er seine gesammelten Forschungsergebnisse veröffentlicht.
