Wie ist in der Praxis die Verteilung von präventiven und reaktiven Maßnahmen? Auf welche Strategien greifen Lehrkräfte tatsächlich zurück und wie bewerten sie deren Effektivität? Die vorliegende theoretische und empirische Untersuchung will diese und weitere damit im Verhältnis stehende Fragen beantworten und einen Abgleich zwischen Theorie und Praxis schaffen. Fragestellungen: I. Wie viele der in der aktuellen Literatur diskutierten Strategien sind den Lehrkräften bekannt? II. Erweitern bzw. mindern Lehrkräfte ihr Repertoire an Maßnahmen mit zunehmender Berufserfahrung? III. Welche der den Lehrern bekannten Strategien aus der aktuellen Literatur werden auch tatsächlich angewandt? a. Wie ist in der Praxis das Verhältnis zwischen den präventiven und reaktiven Maßnahmen verteilt? b. Welche sind die am häufigsten vorkommenden Strategien? IV. Wie beurteilen die Lehrkräfte die Effektivität der angewandten Strategien? a. Was halten Lehrkräfte von präventiven Maßnahmen? b.
