Against this background, Carlo Pohlhausen examines the principles of civil, corporate and capital market law governing corporate finance in the capital markets of Egypt, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and Jordan, putting them into their historical context and analyzing them in both the context of their cultural environment and the findings of research on modern capital markets.
