Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2019 im Fachbereich Pädagogik - Heilpädagogik, Sonderpädagogik, Note: 1,0, Charité - Universitätsmedizin Berlin (Institut für Gesundheits- und Pflegewissenschaft), Veranstaltung: Modul 05 - Lehren und Lernen in den Gesundheitsprofessionen, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Ziel der Unterrichtsbeobachtung war es, den Ablauf der didaktischen Phasen eines Unterrichts chronologisch abzubilden. Die Frage lautete mithin: "Wie ist der Unterricht von Frau S. bei Heilerziehungspflegern im zweiten Ausbildungsjahr aufgebaut, was verläuft gut, was nicht so gut und was kann ich für mein eigenes pädagogisches Handeln davon ableiten?" Frau S. startete im ersten Block nach Pfingsten und setzte eine Gruppenarbeit fort, die vor Pfingsten begonnen wurde. Die Unterlagen, die von den Gruppen bearbeitet werden sollten, waren sehr umfangreich, denn den Gruppen lagen zusammen insgesamt 20 Seiten zur Bearbeitung vor. Nur etwa die Hälfte der Schüler/innen waren anwesend. In einigen Gruppen fehlten diejenigen, die die Arbeitsunterlagen nach dem letzten Block eingesteckt hatten. Die Qualität der von den Gruppen präsentierten Ergebnisse waren sehr unterschiedlich. Zwei Gruppen lieferten relativ ausführliche Fallbeispiele und konnten auch den theoretischen Hintergrund erläutern. Eine weitere Gruppe musste durch gutes Zureden ermuntert werden, zu referieren. Zwei eher knappe und lückenhafte Referate gingen über in Lehrer-Schüler-Gespräche. Frau S. verhielt sich agil, vital und bewegte sich viel im Raum. Die Schüler/innen indes benahmen sich zurückhaltend und kamen nur langsam in Schwung. Die Lehrerin absolviert nebenberuflich eine Ausbildung zum systemischen Couch. Die Systemtheorie wird auch auf Didaktik angewandt und ist somit im Schulunterricht umsetzbar; Urvater der systemischen Theorie ist Niklas Luhmann, der das Individuum als autopoetisches System verstand, dass sein Lernen selbst organisiert und sich seine Wirklichkeit selbst erzeugt; eine direkte Beeinflussung des
