Kelly is a young lady who has had her life derailed by drugs. Looking for a hit one day, she takes it from a stranger - and promptly falls unconscious.
She wakes up in a strange, hospital-like room alone - but with her arms secured tightly behind her, naked, and collared. She is introduced to Kathleen, Paige, and Diane - the three women who run the clinic.
