An Argentinian priest with an American passport has decided to fight the drug cartel of Columbia that is making inroads into Argentina. He is preparing to fight in the next presidential election against the popular political parties to become the president of Argentina. But the popular political parties have forged a relationship with the drug cartel and relying upon it to remove the priest before the election date. Sophie Kramer, a FBI Special Agent is assigned to ensure the priest's safety while the CIA is covertly supporting the priest in his quest to become the next president. The CIA's real agenda is motivated by the US Government's political policies designed to gain access to the Argentinian natural resources.
