Kaiju Chen, PhD (in Cultural Studies)，Professor of English language and culture in Guangdong University of Foreign Studies. Xiyuan Xiong, PhD in English Language and Literature, is a teacher and editor of Sun Yat-sen University Press. His chief research interests include translation studies (mainly in Chinese translation history and translation criticism) and cultural studies. Publications include a dozen journal articles, several books (compiled) on English language learning, and a translated book on column writing written by S.M. Standring.
Wenquan Wu has an M.A. in Translations Studies (Nanjing University, China) and a Master degree in Business Management (Diplom-Kaufman, Universtitat Tubingen, Germany). He is the co-translator of the Chinese version of Nobel laureate Herta Muller's Atemschaukel, and the author of academic articles on literary translation criticism, J.M. Coetzee, Julian Barnes, and Herta Muller.
