You don't need this book.
No, seriously. No one needs a self-help book. You know yourself, your life, and your needs better than anyone, so you already have the tools to mend and shape your internal world to hopefully then create the external world you love.
The secret to all of this then, becomes self-awareness. After all, if you want to work on crafting a life you love, you need to know yourself, right? Although this book will help you with that daunting task, I truly don't believe that you need a book to do it.
So let me introduce you to the first non-self-help self-help book you've ever picked up (unfortunately, they wouldn't allow me to create the "non-self-help" genre for this book and apparently "millennial disaster'' is not a real genre).
Oh, sorry, were you expecting something more sales-y?
*Puts on used car salesperson voice*
This baby *pulls book off shelf* comes complete with several pages of unintelligible rambling. It *slaps book cover* has Buffalo sauce in the title because the author feels way too strongly about it. It is *opens right down the middle* a wonderful little beauty with several worksheets that you could probably come up with yourself. Finally, *holds up book over my head dramatically* it's lightweight and fits anywhere because the author couldn't be bothered to write more than a handful of chapters. But no airbags. Sorry, folks, don't try to drive the book, it does NOT work that way.
